Synopsis
Through film, a French researcher seeks, in the Portugal of today, the revolution yet to be fulfilled. Drawing parallels between the reality of PREC and that of contemporary times, it maps the ways in which the film BOM POVO PORTUGUÊS, by Rui Simões, inscribes an essential reflection to understand a Portugal already fully immersed in Europe. Wandering between Portuguese history and the archives of revolutionary films, the researcher hesitates when trying to produce new images, when a global pandemic arrives and proves how all subjects are cross-border.
